Transport Explanation

Shipping abroad, custom glassware and nets is only possible with advance payment (transfer payment in advance). Glassware (terrariums, etc.), frozen products and live animals can only be collected unless otherwise agreed.

Shipping by post or carrier

Shipping takes place every working day. Delivery generally takes 1 to 2 working days.

We have no influence on the delivery date and time of delivery.

Transfer payment in advance

The amount must be transferred in advance to account number IBAN: NL22ABNA0606739335 / BIC ABNANL2A / Bank: ABNAMRO no. 60.67.39.335 in the name of Ter domicile Marknesse, stating the item and number of pieces/kilo.

Shipping abroad, glassware (terrariums, etc.), aviaries and nets is only possible with advance payment (transfer payment in advance).

Designation (HL), (WL), (VN), (FE), medicines, Avian and some animal feeds

For all items with the indication (HL), (WL), (VN), (FE) behind the text, medicines and Avian products, the delivery time is approximately 7 days. Shipping of some animal feeds also requires a longer delivery time due to limited stock. If in stock it will be shipped immediately. If not in stock, shipping will take place every Tuesday.

Episode by Ter

Delivery per route takes place every working day in the evening after 5 p.m. Of course, after consultation with you.

Costs of plastic cages, etc.

The costs of shipping plastic cages, etc., are 2x the standard transport costs. The reason for this is that these items are sent via a separate courier. For some areas and some cages it is not possible to ship due to fragility. You can come and pick it up. This is due to the fragility of these items.

There are no additional costs for collection.

Deliver:

Delivery of terrariums (glassware) is done in consultation. Feed animals (insects, etc.) are delivered by our transporter and standard rates apply. Other frozen and live feed animals (rodents, chicks, etc.) are only supplied in consultation for a kilometer fee.

Category: Fencing (mesh, etc.)

All items from the section "Fence (mesh, etc.) and separation" have a delivery time of approximately 5 working days. In addition, costs may be increased if the packages are higher/longer than 150 cm
