Transport Explanation
Shipping abroad, custom glassware and nets is only possible with prepayment (transfer payment in advance). Glassware (terrariums, etc.), frozen products and live animals can only be collected or otherwise agreed.

Shipping by post or carrier
The shipment takes place every working day. Delivery usually takes 1 to 2 working days.
We have no influence on the delivery date and time of delivery.

Payment advance transfer
The amount must be transferred in advance to account number IBAN: NL22ABNA0606739335 / BIC ABNANL2A / Bank: ABNAMRO no. 60.67.39.335 in the name of Ter domicile Marknesse, stating the article and number of pieces/kilo.

EXCEPTION
Prepayment
Shipping abroad, glassware (terrariums, etc.) aviaries and nets is only possible with advance payment (payment in advance).

EXCEPTION
Designation (HL), (WL),(VN), (FE), medicines, Avian and some animal feeds
All articles with the indication (HL), (WL), (VN), (FE), medicines and Avian products behind the text, the delivery time is approximately 7 days. There is also a longer delivery time for shipping some animal feeds due to a limited stock. If in stock, it will be shipped immediately. If not in stock, shipment will take place every Tuesday.

Episode by Ter
Delivery per route takes place every working day in the evening after 5 p.m. Of course after consultation with you.

Cost of plastic cages, etc.
The costs of shipping plastic cages, etc. are 2x the standard transport costs. This is because these items are shipped via a separate courier. For some areas and some cages it is not possible to ship due to the fragility. You can come and pick it up. This is due to the fragility of these items.

To take off:
There are no extra costs for pick-up.
Deliver:
Delivery of terrariums (glassware) is done in consultation. Feed animals (insects, etc.) are delivered by our carrier and the standard rates apply. Other food animals, frozen and live (rodents, chicks, etc.) are only supplied in consultation for a km fee.

EXCEPTION

All articles from the section "Fencing (mesh, etc.) and partition" have a delivery time of approximately 5 working days. In addition, the costs can be increased if the packages are higher/longer than 150 cm

The costs of category 1 are when shipping 1 package or pallet, with multiple packages or pallets, please contact us.

Category 2: Delivery
We deliver your order free to home every Monday evening between 17.00 and 21.00 pm, after consultation.
Deliveries above 20 km from Marknesse are usually made by courier. See above for shipping rates.

Category 3: Pick up
It is only possible to pick up your order.
